Cancellation/Refund Policy

Returns of Unwanted Items

To get a full refund, the purchased item must be returned within 28 days of the item being delivered. The item must be in its ORIGINAL CONDITION. In such case, Lake Apparel refunds the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned item, meaning you will receive your money back within 14 days.

Lake Apparel doesn’t accept returns of unwanted items after the returns period above. Any item returned after this period will be returned to your address and Lake Apparel will ask you to cover the delivery costs.

ORIGINAL CONDITION

Our customers’ safety is important, therefore Lake Apparel inspects all items on return. If an item is returned to Lake Apparel damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, Lake Apparel won’t be able to provide a refund and the item may be sent back to you and you will have to cover the delivery costs. All returned items need to be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags. You are responsible for the products’ condition and packaging until it arrives to our facility.

If Lake Apparel suspects someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning loads or if the items you return don’t match what you ordered, Lake Apparel reserves the right to take legal action against you.

Signs of use include but are not limited to odor, stains, alterations, missing tags, and more.

Exchanging Items

Lake Apparel doesn’t offer items’ exchange. If you wish to get a different size or color, please send back the unwanted items to Lake Apparel with a request for a refund, and place a new order.

Faulty Items

Lake Apparel wants to make sure, that items you purchased are in their original top condition, therefore all items are inspected for faults before shipping. Packaging ensures that the items don’t get damaged during delivery.

If you are convinced that the item you received is faulty, please send it back to Lake Apparel as soon as possible. Note that all items are inspected on returns.

Incorrect Items

If the item you received wasn’t what you ordered, please send it back to Lake Apparel in its original condition as soon as possible to get a refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time between the credit card company and your bank.
