Once we receive your order, our system sends you an order confirmation. Please, check the spam folder in your mailbox. If you found your email confirmation there, don’t forget to mark the email as not spam, so you can receive your order tracking number into your main inbox when we ship your order.

If you still cannot locate your order confirmation, please contact us via social media or email customerservice@lake-apparel.com.

This happens when our page is in a maintenance mode, and we temporarily disabled the payments. Websites consist of various software and databases which we have to regularly backup and update to keep our website safe and secured. Banks do it, all the brands you love do it, and we do it too. Every night.

Don’t worry, this maintenance only takes 15-30 minutes. So If you go to get a snack and come back, there’s a high chance that we’ll be back too.

Not yet, however we have a order pick-up place.

From May to October you can order online and pick up your order in the tackle shop of Anglers’ Bay Marina in Cleveland, NY, and we have some items for sale there too.

From October to May we only sell online and ship via USPS.
